Vacation rentals for 8 guests near Disney are most of what we rent: 22 of our 25+ pet-friendly homes sleep 6–8 guests (sleeper sofa), across 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes in the gated Crestwynd Bay and Emerald Island Resort communities in Kissimmee — about 1–3 miles from the Disney main gate. The 4 bedroom homes are all in Emerald Island Resort; the 3 bedroom homes that sleep 8 are in both communities.

Eight guests is usually two families or three generations — and the layout matters more than the headcount. A 4 bedroom home gives each family branch its own rooms; a 3 bedroom home keeps cousins together and grandparents close. Either way, one kitchen, one living room and one heated community pool keep the group in one place, and one booking keeps the admin simple. The gated communities stay quiet, so a full house does not disturb the neighbours, and free parking at the door means nobody hunts for a space after a long park day.

Every home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning and a smart TV, and the gated communities stay quiet in the evenings even with a full house. Cats and dogs are welcome — the pet fee is $25 per night or $100 per month.
